Star-flowered Solomon’s Seal
Smilacina stellata

Habitat: It is widely distributed throughout Alberta. It prefers moist wooded areas or along the edges of river banks.

Description: Large, stiff leaves zig-zag up the plants stems.  At the top of the plant a few small star-shaped flowers, white in colour grow.

Size: 20-60cm
