Job Opportunities

Our Volunteer program has something special for everyone. Area Stewardship, Conservation Education, Communications, Workdays, and Habitat Management are just some of the many opportunities that we offer.

Every one of our 95 volunteers comes from a different background and life experience, but they all have one thing in common, a love for the Area and an interest in nature conservation.

We celebrated our volunteers at our annual recognition event in December, and congratulated them on over 5500 hours of service they contributed to the Area. That's an average of over 55 hours per volunteer. Now that's dedication! Come out and join the enthusiastic Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area Volunteer group!

Watch for our next volunteer orientation in March 2006.  For more information about volunteering call 931-1042.
