Join us for a half-day retreat in the serene foothills just south of Calgary. Set in the beautiful natural landscape of Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area, this experience is designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
The afternoon will begin with a grounding and restorative yoga practice, incorporating gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation—no prior experience needed. You’ll then be guided through a reflective forest bathing walk, a research-based practice known to support relaxation, reduce stress, enhance emotional wellness, and promote overall well-being.
This retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and restore balance within yourself.
Meet Your Guides Christine Jenik and Kim Marion bring a wealth of experience and care to this retreat.
Kim is an Occupational Therapist and certified Yoga Therapist.
Chris is a retired Educator and certified Forest Therapy Guide.
Together, they believe in the inherent healing power of nature. Their intention is to gently guide you in reconnecting with both the natural world and your inner self—through mindful movement, stillness, and immersive time in outdoors.

Details:
‣ Cost - $110.00 per person (*Early Bird discount $90.00 available until May 16 )
‣ Limit - 14 Participants
‣ The Belvedere House will be our indoor base throughout the Retreat
‣ No Yoga experience required ~ Bring your own Yoga mat if you have one
‣ Yoga session and Forest Bathing walk will be outdoors surrounded by nature (*Yoga will move indoors if required)
‣ Yummy light snacks and refreshments provided
‣ Welcome Email - specific Retreat details will be sent to registered participants
‣ By attending this event, you are not required to pay for parking at the venue
*A portion of the fee goes to Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area to support education programs and conservation projects.
