Join us for an enchanting 2-hour evening forest bathing walk under the full moon at ASCCA this February. As the second full moon of the year graces the night sky, immerse yourself in the ambiance of moonlight and connect with your intentions for the new year. The experience culminates with a cozy campfire, offering light snacks and tea, providing a perfect setting to reflect and embrace the promise of the year ahead.

Forest bathing is grounded in research, which points to numerous psychological and physiological benefits. Guided forest bathing walks can help support emotional wellness, reduce stress, regulate blood pressure, improve sleep and immune system functioning, enhance focus and creativity, and help with mood and depression.

Your guides for the evening are Julianne Buchler and Ken Ouendag. We were both trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (www.anft.earth). We are guides, not therapists. We believe that nature is inherently therapeutic. Our role as guides is to open the door to experiencing its many benefits.
