October 28, 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm - ’Stars of the Night’
with RASC Calgary Centre, Alberta Bats and Rothney Observatory
This evening is aimed towards families, and this close to Halloween, costumes are encouraged! Enjoy a short presentation on ’what’s in the night sky’ and learn why bats are ’stars’ in their own right and what we should do to protect them. Kids can enjoy a craft and colouring table and treat bags. Presentations will be followed by a short guided hike.
